Basic requirements:
- Driver’s License
- First Aid and CPR certificates (we offer First Aid/CPR courses for employees who need certification)
- Ability to work at least two summer seasons with us.
All full-time staff live on base in provided staff accommodations. OWL Rafting’s operating season runs from May until mid-September. The majority of positions are for our peak periods from mid-June until Labour Day inclusive.
Office Reception & Retail
The Office and Retail Shop is the communication hub of OWL Rafting with its primary role is to serve our customers, as well as connect with our other departments and ensure each day runs smoothly. We are looking for enthusiastic, team-oriented and friendly individuals to assist rafters before, during and after the adventures!
Operations
The first impression of the OWL Rafting Resort is maintained by our Operations team. We seek individuals with an interest in carpentry and grounds-keeping, with a keen eye for cleanliness and appearance of facilities, who also enjoy living and working in the outdoors.
Housekeeping – Part Time
The first impression of the OWL Rafting Resort is maintained by our Operations and Housekeeping team. You will also join our administrative team in the boutique and café, serving delicious, locally roasted coffee, and treats! We seek friendly individuals with a keen eye for cleanliness, and passion for customer service.
Kitchen & Food Services
The Kitchen team works in shifts to feed our hungry rafters delicious and hearty breakfast, lunch and dinner buffets, with some meals served on a Pontoon Boat at the end of rafting trips. We seek organized, friendly and enthusiastic individuals who love working with food, and living and working in the outdoors.
Whitewater Guide / Instructor
We are seeking enthusiastic, team-oriented and friendly individuals who love living and working in the outdoors, and have a passion for whitewater.
Operations Manager
OWL Rafting’s Operations team is looking for a hands on leader for our Operations and Maintenence Department. This small team works to keep OWL looking great and running smoothly. We are seeking a leader for this department to bring their skills in carpentry, building, maintenance, and mechanics to the team.
Social Media & Office
