Trip Overview
Our Adventure Whitewater Rafting – Stay & Raft is a 2 Day Package includes an exciting whitewater rafting trip, and a day spent at the OWL waterfront resort playing and relaxing.
Whitewater Rafting
Paddle, splash, and roll down more challenging routes of the Ottawa River for a full day excursion. Your experienced and passionate guide controls the raft using oars at the back, while you are paddling with your crew. You’ll get a chance to body surf and float, and possibly do some cliff jumping too – it’s up to the river!
*All participants are required to paddle.
As the currents calm down, we transfer to the comfort of our signature Pontoon Boat where your dry clothes, and a feast of freshly prepared grilled buffet awaits. Relax and reenergize while you cruise back to the OWL Resort, via the historical route of the First Nations viewing the rugged beauty of the Canadian Shield. Once back at the resort, your guides will show a video presentation where you can relive your day’s adventure!
Overnight
Play a round of frisbee golf, a game of beach volleyball, or relax on the beach. We also boast a large floating swim dock right off shore, and a life size maze. Ice cream, snacks, cold drinks and ice are available for sale on site!

Camping
In our three large camping areas you will find picnic tables and garbage & recycling bins. Sites cannot be reserved in advance – selection is first come, first serve. Our field-style sites offer both water views and tree-shaded lawns. Our smaller tent camping area allows you to park near your camping spot.
Trailers & RVs are welcome at no extra cost. We also have serviced RV sites with power and water hook-ups. More info below.
Fires are not permitted in the camp grounds, there are two fire pits lit every evening for you to enjoy. Portable cook stoves or BBQs are allowed at your campsite.
Please note that camping equipment isn’t included in this package unless booked separately.

Cabins
Our cabins sleep 4 – 6 people in two double beds and two single top bunks. All cabins have electrical outlets. Please remember to bring your own bedding and pillows.
Washrooms are in a separate building, with private outdoor showers heated with solar!

RV Sites
Bring your own RV! Our RV sites include electrical and water hook-ups. These sites are centrally located close to all OWL Resort amenities. Step out of the comfort of your home on wheels and gear up for your day of rafting on the Ottawa River!
Fires are not permitted in the camp grounds, there are two fire pits lit every evening for you to enjoy. Portable cook stoves or BBQs are allowed at your site.

Amazing Wilderness Glamping with Thrilling Rapids and Delicious Food! The entire trip was amazing. I went with my husband and another couple and we stayed in the glamping tents which were cute and cozy. My husband and I love wilderness resorts and this resort did not disappoint, it's a giant (fun) summer camp for kids and adults! The views from the glamping tent were beautiful, especially at sunrise, love the beach area, and the different activities to do all around. The food was delicious and tastes like a homemade meal. We choose the medium and high intensity for our rafting trip and the rapids were fast and exciting and the guides were super helpful, professional, safe, and friendly (SHOUTOUT TO SAM AND ABI). It's incredible how strong and swift the rapids were and when you're surfing them. Whitewater rafting is lots of fun and OWL definitely did a great job with safety management while still having fun. It's a 10/10. Loved it and would come back here again.
Awsome time and will return again soon Had anawsome time the entire time we were at the resort. The rafting was bang on a GREAT TIME!!! A big shout out to our guide Angus who is very knowledgeable about the river and rafting. We felt very safe the entire ride down the river. I would also like to give a shout out to Luc and Pete the other guides that were on the river with us that day. They also made the trip fun and we felt safe with them there on the river with us as well. The resort is clean and the food is very good. The staff are awsome, friendly and smile a lot. There are a lot of activities you can do as well when you are not on the river rafting. I highly recommend Owl Rafting for anyone who is looking for some adventure and down time as well. I am already planning my next adventure with Owl Rafting for next year with more of my family this time! 
So much fun! Amazing staff, food, venue, schedule and of course best rafting guide Colin! Medium trip down the river was great but we are definitely planning to go back for the harder level. It was so much fun! Thank you OWL Rafting!!
